1. Program Eligibility

To join the Smart Touch Gadgets, drop shipping & Wholesale Program, participants must complete the registration process via the WhatsApp link or QR code.
Only registered members are eligible to access exclusive wholesale pricing.

2. Pricing & Discounts

Members will receive exclusive wholesale prices on eligible products as per the current price list provided by Smart Touch Gadgets.
Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and supplier updates. Members will be notified of any price changes in advance.

3. Orders & Minimum Purchase Requirements

A minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply to certain products. These quantities will be communicated to members via the price list and product pages.
Members are responsible for ensuring that orders meet the MOQ before placing an order.

4. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid for in full before processing. Payment methods include will be communicated to the member.
Failure to complete payment in a timely manner may result in cancellation of the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our standard return policy. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
For non-defective products, returns may be accepted subject to restocking fees and the condition of the item.

Smart Touch Gadgets is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business.

13. Dispute Resolution
